Due to the high season approaching, the calculation is used as follows…

* December 400,000 Baht
* January – March 350,000 Baht
* April 250,000 Baht
* May to September 160,000 Baht per month

This makes the total 250,000 Baht per month for a 1 year contract.

The deposit is 2 months rent.

• Pool cleaning 2 times per week
• Maid service; cleaning 2 times per week for the whole villa. Can provide extra services for cleaning, do dishes, cooking etc)
